Francisco "Frank" Tabafunda, a registered electrical engineer, began his career in the 1990s as a handyman with American Home Shield and American Home Warranty. Over the years, Frank earned his certifications as a Plumbing Contractor (C36), Electrical Contractor (C10), and General Contractor (B). With a deep passion for his craft, along with unwavering commitment and integrity, he founded CDMT Inc. in 2004. His focus has been on constructing and maintaining multifamily apartments, renovating single-family homes, and remodeling both commercial and residential spaces.

Ronson Provido, a licensed professional electrical engineer, embarked on his career in the early 2000s, gaining experience across engineering, maintenance, commissioning, R&D, and management. His expertise spans commercial projects, including significant work at LAX Airport, hotels across multiple states, offices, warehouses, and tenant improvements.

When Ronson later joined forces with Frank, their combined knowledge and experience elevated CDMT Inc. to new heights, allowing them to deliver unparalleled service and create exceptional customer experiences across the construction industry.
